This container is ideal for protecting printed circuit boards from static electricity and is stable for transortation and storage.
Feature
- The product safeguards electronic components, such as ICC and LSI, from electrostatic discharge. It is suitable for transporting and storing printed circuit boards and electronic components.
- The storage dimensions for circuit boards are adjustable in a one-touch manner, which is highly convenient. Simply insert the partition board into the guide numbers attached to both sides and the mounting parts to achieve the desired dimensions.
- The surface resistance value should be 10Ω or less, measured at DC 10V applied voltage, and the volume resistivity should be 10Ω-cm or less.
- To achieve this, special conductive material is mixed with polypropylene, ensuring that the performance remains unchanged even when wiped or cleaned. Additionally, it has an anti-static effect and can eliminate static.
- The material is lightweight, easy to handle, and corrosion-resistant.
- The boards can be arranged in one to four rows, depending on their size.
- Adapting to different board sizes is highly economical by changing only one partition board, even when the board sizes vary.
