RISU Group's Initiative for the Environment

Our commitment to utilizing recycled materials that contribute to waste reduction dates back to the 1990s. Leveraging our long-standing expertise in proprietary material formulation technology, we actively engage in the reprocessing of a wide range of recycled raw materials across various sectors, promoting recycling and the creation of new products.

Chairman's Award from the Recycling Promotion Council

In 2001, we were honored with the Chairman's Award from the Recycling Promotion Council in recognition of our recycling efforts in the field of recycled pallets.

Ranked 2nd in the industry in sales, our environmentally conscious product, "RISU Rain Stadium," is utilized in commercial facility parking lots, as well as underground in parks, school grounds, and other areas, to mitigate rainwater runoff. This product is made using recycled materials while maintaining the quality necessary for underground installation.

Furthermore, it complies with Ministry of the Environment Notification No. 46, "Environmental Standards for Soil Contamination," and RoHS standards.

In collaboration with the leading recycling company, Hirabayashi Metal Co., Ltd., we have developed a product that incorporates electronics recycling materials into the core layer of "TECCELL SAINT." We initiated sales of this product in July 2021.

  • ★ The inclusion of recycling materials in the core layer of the panel does not affect its appearance.
  • ★ The product maintains its strength while keeping the price stable.
  • ★ Recycling material: Polypropylene ★ Inclusion rate: Approximately 10% in the core layer.

The use of electronics recycling materials has been recognized and featured as a case study in the "Resource Circulation Handbook 2021" published by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry.
