The Risu Plastic Group (comprising Gifu Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., Risupack Co., Ltd., Risu Kogyo Co., Ltd., Risu Co., Ltd., Risu Joint Products Co., Ltd., and Toei Kanki Co.; hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Group”) recognizes its social responsibility to ensure the appropriate and secure management of customers’ personal information.
Accordingly, the Group has established the following policy regarding the handling of personal information on this website.

The Group may request customers to provide personal information—such as their name, email address, postal address, telephone number, and other relevant details—when using this website.

In all cases, personal information will be collected only within reasonable and necessary limits, after clearly informing the individual of the purpose of use.

The web server managed by the Group automatically records information such as the web pages accessed and the domain names from which they were accessed.

This is a standard practice in web server administration. The collected data is used for statistical purposes only and does not contain any information that can be used to personally identify individual users.

If a customer personally submits any of the following requests regarding the personal information they have provided to the Group, the Group will, within reasonable limits, respect the individual’s wishes and respond promptly:

1. Confirmation of the content of the personal information held.

2. Correction, amendment, or deletion of the information.

3. Withdrawal, in whole or in part, of consent to the use of the personal information provided to the Group.

The Group will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of personal information and may revise this policy from time to time in accordance with changes in such legislation.
